allowances - Starting salary 4,300,000 yen (annual base salary)
＋Annual Performance bonus once a year (December)
(Based on the actual annual salary of 2020 New Joiners)
*Please note that bonus payment month may be changed.
*Those who have been recognized for their high skills and aptitude as digital consultants in the selection process may have salary increase from the one mentioned above, based on their skill factors.

・Those who belong to The Tokyo Office：Nationwide, centered on the Tokyo metropolitan area
・Those who belong to The Kansai Office：Nationwide, centered on the Kansai metropolitan area
*Both locations may involve work in other parts of Japan and overseas, depending on the project
- Working
hours -
Standard working time 9:00～18:00
standard working hours: 8 hours
*Flexible working hours are allowed (under certain rules）

days - Full five-day work week (Saturdays and Sundays), national holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, annual paid leave, and illness leave.

Application Requirements
Applicants can apply only once in the same Fiscal Year, and those who have already applied for the 2022 graduates screening are not allowed to re-apply.
Qualifications for application
・Must graduate from a university or graduate school in Japan or overseas by September 2022 and must be able to join us by December 2022, starting employment from the month designated by us.
・Must be able to participate in English-language selection and have no problems with conducting work in English.
※The guidelines for English Proficiency are as follows.
1) The candidate has scores of TOEIC 855 or above, TOEFL IBT 96 or above, PBT 597 or above, IELTS(Academic) 6.5 or above. (However, score possession is not compulsory.)
2) The candidate took all courses in English in University or Graduate school.
3) The candidate's first language is English.
